BUILDERS AND REALTORS ENDORSE ROBERSON

Port Charlotte, FL – The political action committees of the Charlotte-Desoto Building Industry Association and the Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port Building Association of Realtors have endorsed Ken Roberson, candidate for the Florida House of Representatives District 71 in the August 26th Republican Primary.

“The building industry and Realtors share the priority of getting strong, business- minded candidates into office” explained Suzanne Graham, Chairman of the Charlotte-DeSoto Building Industry Association’s PAC. “As a business community, we’re all in the same boat,” Realtor’s PAC Chairman Ed “Moe” Olson added, “and we’re eager to support leaders who can turn the economy around.”

“We need to restart Florida’s economy. I am honored to have the support of the builders and Realtors which have been a source of jobs and economic well being for Floridians. Elected officials in Tallahassee need to understand how important it is to maintain a strong economy and job base. Florida needs to be affordable again, by keeping taxes low and eliminating wasteful government spending” stated Roberson.
